Anna Sergeyevna Koournikova is a Russian ex-professional tennis player and American television host. Because of her popularity as well as her physical appearance, she was one of tennis's most famous stars. Anna Kournikova (Russian) has retired as a tennis player. She was, at one point in time the most famous female player of tennis. Kournikova, a modestly talented singles tennis player was an extremely successful doubles athlete. The partnership she formed and Martina Hingis received widespread praise for the success of their partnership. The way she modeled and looked made her famous worldwide. She is still one of the most popular athletes that are searched by the internet. Kournikova was a singles player as a modern baseliner, playing the ball at a high velocity and a spin across the court. Her technique was built on strong returns and deep groundstrokes. Kournikova is a native of Moscow and her parents played professional tennis. Sergei Kournikov, a world champion wrestler and her mother Alla is a marathoner. Kournikova was just 5 years old when her first attempt to play tennis. When she was 10, in 1991, Kournikova relocated to Florida and began her training at Nick Bollettieri's academy. Kournikova, once she turned professional, signed sponsorship agreements with many brands. Kournikova is a popular figure in the years after retirement, and was also featured in Hollywood films. Kournikova is engaged to global celebrity Enrique Iglesias since 2001. The couple has twins who were born in in December 2017, in the same couple. Anna Sergeyevna Kourinovova was born on 7th June 1981, in Moscow in the Soviet Union of the SFSR was a Russian tennis player. She is a former professional tennis player from Russia. In her professional debut, she was just 14 years old old. She was the youngest player to take home the Fed Cup match for Russia. When she was 15, she made it to the U.S. Open. Then, at 16 she made her way to the semifinals of Wimbledon. Unfortunately she had to retire pro tennis at age 21 due to to chronic back pain.
